Payment method
We are only able to accept payments as wire transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. if you were just in China, we also can accept cash payments but it has to be CNY according to the local laws.
Currently we are not able to accept credit cards payments, PayPal, or cheques etc.
Order Cancellation
If you want cancel your order, you have to inform us within 24 hours after you made the payment to us and ask your money back
We will refund you as your requirements, please notes we are only able to refund the amount what we got. since there may some intermediary bank charge deducted, usually no more than USD50.
We will not able to refund you except the shipping charge since we have started production after 24 house for since you made the payment.
Samples policy
If you want get a sample before order, you have to pay the sample fee & courier courier (sure not necessary if you arrange shipping at your end )
Samples fee will be refund you when you place an order at least at our minimum order requirements to us on the sample items, but courier charge cannot be refund.
If you want a samples after you place an order to us, then you only need to pay the courier charge.
For the OEM order samples there are customized charge which has be to paid
After Sold Service
We are happy to offer you all necessary service after we sold product to you regarding the product using instruction, damage, componement instruction, etc
