- We will display the items that match the words you searched for.
- If you are looking for a particular item, it may be helpful to search within a specific product name or code to get what your are looking for. you click the “Go” button, your search results will be returned. You may now continue to refine your results using our Category, and other corresponding information.
How to send an inquiry?
You can write down the product code which you are interested in, and E-mail us with the detail include product code, colors, and special requirements, we will reply you in 24 hours once we got your inquiry.
Or you can just send us an on-line inquiry, it will quite simple and easy as well.
Why some product cannot be enlarged and selected?
Some product are coming soon or only designs so it may not enlarge and selected, you can just write the number down and E-mailus.
How soon we can get your reply?
We are always trying to reply you immediately once we get your on-line inquiry or E-mail, but due to some problem we are only able to guarantee we will reply you in 24 hours.

Why I didn't get your reply after inquiry?
The E-mail address which you provided on the Aceworks.cn was incorrect then we may not able to reach you.
Or your inquiry was not detailed enough, you even don't want to take time to send an detailed inquiry,just ask price list or catalogue, usually we will put detailed inquiry as priority.
Where I can find the price?
We don't publish the price on our website, you need to send us an inquiry with product code, and Q'ty we will reply you at the first time.

Shipping
Shipping & Delivery
We will delivery to you as the shipping method we agreed, we will send you tracking number if we send by courier, air waybill if by air or BL by vesell.
Shippping Rates
We will quote before each order, before the order was shipped, any shipping rate fluctuating are not considered, Aceworks will not rise up price even it's rise up.
Track Your Order
We will send you tracking number if by courier, airway bill by air and BL if by vessel for you to follow up, sure we will help you track at our end.
Shipping by regular mail
Due to the China post service status, we cannot use normal post for you order.
Shipping to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO Address
Due to the policy of different shipping companies such as DHL FedEx UPS TNT etc, we are not able to ship to Shipping to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO Address
Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses
Need your indicate the address before order in order for us to quote. we will separate packing and delivery it as your different address.
How to do a international shipping
We are able to ship by air or by sea by courier, for more detail you could visit shipping information page
Damage or losing during the transportaion.
Aceworks will provide all necessary packing protection to make sure the product without damage during the transportation but we are not responsible for any losing, damage during the transportation.
You can contact the shipping company for compensate.
But please noted the shipping company usually we just pay for what we declare on the invoice. please let inform us the declare the value if you want to specify it. please also notes a high value will be cause more import tax be charged by the custom of your coutry.

Orders
Minimum Order Q'ty
Please noted our MOQ mark on our website only for each item each color, we also have a minium purchase usually it's 300PCS or 360 PCS each purchase.
How to place an order?
You could find more detail from the "how to order " menu.
Can I Change My Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to once we run the production. There is a short period of time before we run production after receipt of your payment. if we didn't run production during that, then we can change order for you.
How to place an custom order?
We will make product as your designs or samples, firstly we will make a sample to you to approve. and then start production after you approve the samples.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want cancel your order, you have to inform us within 24 hours after you made the payment to us and ask your money back
We will refund you as your requirements, please notes we are only able to refund the amount what we got. since there may some intermediary bank charge deducted, usually no more than USD50.
We will not able to refund you except the shipping charge since we have started production after 24 house for since you made the payment.
Order Status Terms
- Submitted – Your order has been submitted and we have informed that we have confirm your payments. Orders usually stay in this stage for less than 1 business day.
- Processing – Your order has now been proceed, during this period you cannot change or cancel you order.
- Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled. This may be the result of an unforeseen circumstance that prevented us from fulfilling your order, an unsuccessful attempt to collect payment, or a requested cancellation.
- Shipped – Your order has now shipped. A tracking number may be provided to track your shipment.
Can I order less than the minimum order?

- Agree to pay 130% or 150% higher than our wholesale price
Does Aceworks do retail / B2C business?
NO, To protect distributors' benefit, Aceworks won't sell to end customers, for any samples request, we will charge a higher price than your retail price.

Why seems same thing but Aceworks price is higher than other suppliers.

Samples policy
How can I get a sample?
New customers: Samples fee and courier charge should be paid, but samples fee could be refund to you when you place an order with us , courier charge cannot be refund.
When you become our regular customer, you want samples from Aceworks, usually we don't charge for that, only courier charge.
How can I get a sample for custom design?
For the custom sample, the logo set up charge or molding charge should be paid, then we will go ahead for new mold or sample with your logo. Molding charge and logo set up charge are only to be refund for a certain order Q'ty, for more detail pleasecontact us

How to Return an Item?
Any defectives and function problem of the product need to inform to us within 30 days after we sold you, we will make free replacements after we confirm you case. we are not able to take care of the case by wrong or unproperly using of the products.
